Fifteen assorted black and white photographs depicting various scenes from the Pacific Theater during World War II. The majority of photographs depict destruction and casualties after battles. Other images depict the raising of the flag on Iwo Jima, rockets being launched, an unidentified landing on an island, and Japanese prisoners. Of interest is an image of a soldier posing next to a sign that names a road "Marine Drive," and an photograph of a jeep driving past a sign that says "Kill the Bastards!" The images appear to be professional and could be Signal Corps photographs, but are not identified as such.
